Correct me if I remember wrong: Stamatis at the end, Oti Kalo in the middle and The Dolphins nearest the village close to the bakery.One cannot dine at one and be unobserved from the others. Greeks are good at recalling faces! I have..." always been a fan of Stamatis, but thought I would give The Dolphins a try, and we returned evening after evening. Other reviews enthuse over the host. Such a nice man. However busy he always had time for a word, and not seldom a good conversation. All the food was excellent. The salads were more refined and not just a heap of tomatoes crudely chopped and soused in oil. Every thingwas prepared with care and finesse. The wine was much better than average. When we asked for the bill we were told "not until you have something on the house". So it was ouzo, or Tsipouro ("from my mother's village on Andros, Arnaki"), and/or a tasty pastry or fruit.
