When you arrive at Pirque, you are welcomed with lavander scent, inside it is perfectly cozy with an alpine skiing restaurant flavour! Almost feels like home (Switzerland!). Although dinner hour in Argentina is around 9:00-11:00 p.m., we liked to arrive earlier to enjoy our view during daylight hours. After being seated, ordering, and pouring a glass of wine, it was a perfect spot to stroll outside and savor the setting above a beautiful valley. Gabby is a gourmet chef, and did not disappoint us during our 3 visits! Two of her trout recipes were our favorites, although she has a wonderful variety of specialties on her menu.
