  "We stayed at Fond Doux recently for six nights and had the all inclusive package and enjoyed every last bite! For breakfast we had fresh fruit from the plantation and daily fresh squeezed juices with local breads and an egg station. For lunch you could do the buffet or order of the menu and oddly ..."enough I was absolutely in love with their chicken salad sandwich----in St. Lucia they love their chicken and do a great job cooking it up! Dinner, however, was the show stopper. With three courses and an excellant staff, you dont want to miss out. Perched amidst their own jungle/botanical garden setting with lanterns overhead you have a great setting to begin with. We tried various things, but the catch of the day was always impressive and the lamb chops to die for. Tasty pina colodas and wide selection of rum dont hurt either! " More >
