  "I have been to Le Pirate de Laval numerous times for family occasions, parties and romantic dinners with my husband. I don't know where to start....the staff is extemely friendly, the food is always fresh and FANTASTIC. Especially their veal chop. It's always cooked to perfection and oh so juicy. I must say I am in love with their coquille saint-jacques, it' has the perfect amount of seafood, the perfect amount of creaminess and the perfect amount of cheese. Let's not talk about their fried calamari...they are THE best in town, always crispy and so phenomenal.I can honestly say there is not much I don't enjoy on their menu. Now that they are expanding their dessert menu, I am one happy gal!!I have read other reviews and one in particular cought my eye.
