I was initially put off by comments on the restaurants web site itself, where they have a live twitter feed, and some of the recent comments were less than promising. What impressed me, though, was that each of the comments had been responded to and in a way that seemed to say, "we're trying". Upon arriving we were greeted pleasantly by all the staff who made eye contact with us and were given the choice of a couple of wonderfully laid-out tables.
