  "Not exactly haute cuisine, but large portions of perfectly edible food. Very busy restaurant and the tables were not sticky! Would recommend for a cheap and cheerful meal any day."

  "We had an enjoyable lunch here this week ; we were too late for the standard lunch menu so ate from the Grill menu having both starter and main course. Both were very flavoursome and filling . Also the local beer was excellent !!"

  "The bistro is a nice cosy place with a warm atmosphere and great service. The food was outstanding, with the waitresses always polite and ready to accomodate. Their own bread was outstanding, and the little welsh cake and fudge was the perfect thing to finish the dish off.
