Yes sometimes its busy but that's because its a good place. The coffee tastes like proper coffee and not instant. I have found the staff to be very pleasant on every visit and I often see them making sure customers with disabilities are well-treated. Only once on the numerous occasions I have been was there a slight mix up with my coffee and they sorted it straight away with a very apologetic attitude so no problem there.
