  "Had Kalix bleak roe served with västerbotten cheese pie, crême fraiche and red onion as appetizer. Roe was very tasty - like caviar. Had main course of Roasted fillet of reindeer with port wine sauce, lingonberry sabayonne, sautéed french beans, potato cake filled with chanterelles and västerbotten ..."cheese. Reindeer very tender. Dessert was white and dark chocolate cake with fresh berries. Very chocolately. Service was OK. The waiter and hostess must have said five times that hey were very crowded, I guess they were trying to either impress us or manage our expectations on being slow. I would eat here again. " More >
