The wine was an understandable slip up, especially when ordering by the glass, but serving raw chicken is about the biggest mistake a restaurant can make, and whilst we didn't go crazy à la Gordon Ramsay, we would have expected slightly more than the barely perfunctory apology we received from our waitress.
