"We ate here two nights running. The food was excellent, especially the venison pate and other game-based dishes. There was a good choice of wines, we would have had more had we not been driving back down the hill to town. The service was friendly."
"We were told of this place by a local in Cortina. It was off-season, so it was hard to find anything at all. The place is a little stuck in the 80's/90's, but it is clean and comfortable. The food was really good and hearty! It was also not very expensive. However, the staff spoke very little Englis..."h. But we used sign language, and English menu and lots of smiling to get what we wanted and were not disappointed.

"This restaurant is just a little bit of the ski slopes. It's a little old fashioned in a good way. Silver cutlery, nice plates, crystal glasses. The food was really amazing. Lobster, quail, fresh pasta.
It's funny to sit in such a place in your ski outfit and boots, wetting the wooden floor.
It'..."s not the place to come to if you plan to ski a lot, we ended up sitting there most of the afternoon enjoying our meal. But if you like to combine skiing with good food: this is the place to come to.
