My opinion is that they might improve their quality by removing some courses off the menu to really focus on a few. Who goes to Lesotho to eat thai soup anyway? You go to Thailand to eat thai soup. But I'm sure the menu is based a bit on the needs of the diplomatic clients of the hotel. It has chicken livers, pasta gorgonzola, snails, wok... The range is broad.
