I said this is not Cabrito...they replied yes I know but the chef cooked the wrong item. No offer to exchange it, no apology. He actually walked away when he finished his sentence. Whereas at the tables in the back towards avenida ejercito the waiters are caring, responsive, and "almost" friendly. I live in Peru and almost friendly here is as close as you get. It is the culture. I love the food. The best suggestion I can offer is to sit in the back closest to Avenida Ejercito where the waiters are much better. " More >
