We ordered their specialty, the Peking Roast Duck. Apparently the restaurant sent their chefs to Beijing to learn this special culinary skill. Their duck was as good as those at the famous Quan Ju De Peking Duck restaurant in Beijing but at half the price. Our order of the duck also came with a huge bowl of very tasty complimentary duck soup. Besides the duck, their garlic deep fried pork ribs were fantastic; tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside with a great garlic flavour. I also included a fresh crispy salad and cold Tsingtao beer and duck soup was brought at the end of the meal. The restaurant was clean and the service was decent although nobody seemed to speak English. Everything I ordered was great but the roast duck was especially delicious.
