Besides the duck, their garlic deep fried pork ribs were fantastic; tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside with a great garlic flavour. "I'm an American expat who had been working Luoyang and I found this great restaurant just around the corner from the Friendship Hotel where I was staying. The roast duck at Wangfu was as good as any I've ever had at the expensive places in Beijing or Shanghai, but only a fraction of the cost. I dinn..."ed alone my first time and was allowed to order 1/2 a duck which came with the typical thin pancakes, hoisin sauce, and sliced scallions. I also included a fresh crispy salad and cold Tsingtao beer and duck soup was brought at the end of the meal.
