  "We visited The Asylum on May 15th and 16th while staying at the hotel. The first evening we only had late night appetizers as we were not that hungry. The cheese plate was pretty good, but I was not impressed with the calamari. The calamari was adequate as it was only what I would describe as "si..."lvers" of calamari and not the whole little dudes. The server we had that evening was very pleasant as was the bar staff. The second night we came in just for drinks and the bar staff was equally as friendly. The restaurant is nice with a wonderful view and also outside seating if that suits your fancy.   "A docent at the Sedona Historical Park recommended this breakfast when we asked about a good breakfast spot in Jerome. It was great. We sat out on the deck where the smoky smell of bar-b-que was permeating the area. I had the Bar-b-que omelet with smoked Brisket and pulled pork. The meat was tende..."r and had a wonderful smoky flavor. It came with home fries with red peppers cooked with the crispy pieces of potatoes. The whole wheat toast was perfect. My husband had the Miner's skillet which had a scramble of potatoes, red peppers, mushrooms, applewood smoked bacon, homemade sausage, topped with a scrambled egg. We were both pleased with a unique breakfast and great coffee. The service was really great as well. If we are in Jerome again, we will certainly visit this restaurant . " More >
