Being from the Northeast, I understand that a sandwich is only as good as the bread it's served on and let me tell you... the rye bread this guy serves it up on could rival any of the authentic Jewish..." Rye's from the mom and pop bakeries back here in New Jersey; right down to the black caraway seeds (totally surprised to see those jewels studding the crunchy/buttery slices). It absolutely makes the sandwich. Kudos to Connie's. And as my luck would have it, they had the rye bread (along with some other tasty looking loaves) for sale at the counter so I grabbed me one rye and one of Chef Dan's cheddar bacon bread. So this Reuben right here, yeah you know, "Fuggeta-bout-it!!" Gotta call Guy Fieri about this place!
