  "I went to eat at Coopersmith's in Fort Collins one evening with some new friends I met at a conference. Actually, some of us ended up here a second time before the conference was over. We tried a variety of entrees, and all were deemed to be quite good. I had the Smoky Brisket With Garlic Mashers...", which was good, although I've had better brisket on occasion. I think I liked the Bangers and Mash a little better. The friends said the beers were good, but I drank water, so I don't know. Service was polite and the staff was very helpful about explaining the various items on the menu.   "A friend and I decided to try Cafe Vino for a change of pace. The first challenge was finding a parking space, because the parking lot is on the small side and street parking is very limited. When we entered, we were told we might have to wait 30 minutes or so unless we were OK with sitting at the..." bar, which is what we did. The servers greeted us quickly and took time to explain the various items on the menu, and helped us decide what we really wanted most. Since the servings are on the small plate size range, you might consider trying more than one thing if your budget can handle it. I ordered the Bacon Wrapped Dates as an appetizer since my friend had never tried them. If you've never tried them, check it out. I had the Hanger Steak for my entree, and it was very good.
