A couple of months pass by, and we finally have the chance to dine in. Pho 99 is a quaint locale with about 10 or so tables. There is ample parking, and as an added plus, your table is not packed in to another table, which is common at Pho 501. There was a nice selection of music playing when we arrived, which gave it a very nice ambiance.
