The best value is La Tonalteca Parrillada, which is advertised "for two" although it could feed a family of six for several days. It is a heaping platter of fajitas with massive quantities of steak, shrimp, chicken, roast pork, and chorizo; and it includes all your sides for around $28.00. The waitstaff here is the real deal, so I'm never sure about the language barrier, but service is uniformly good and unobtrusive.
