  "We brought our fresh caught dolphin to the restaurant and they prepared it for us. The chef cooked it for four different styles; blackened, lorenzo, almondine and grilled. It was excellent and I had not thought of cooking mahi mahi other than grill or blacken. What a surprise. The server was excel..."lent and catered to our needs.
