  "We went to The Timbers on Mother's Day. Of course the place was crowded, but they seated us very soon after our reservation time. The meal was very good. I had coconut shrimp and my husband had prime rib, both were very good. The service as friendly and prompt considering the crowd."

I had a cup of the Loaded Baked P..."otato Soup (cup was plenty as it was very rich) which came with a small slice of bread. It tasted just like a hot baked potato with bacon and cheese. I ordered a Sweet Potato Medallion sandwich and had no idea what to expect. Oh my heavens . . . it was delectable. The medallions were about a ½” thick and there were 2-3 per ½ of the sandwich. I believe it had a balsamic fig reduction on it as well; but I may not have remembered it correctly. The bread was perfectly grilled, and the potatoes were the perfect balance between too hard and too mushy. I would definitely order it again.
