CR promotes that they do not have a microwave or a freezer and it is obvious in the quality of the food. EVERYTHING is fresh and made on site and in sight of us the customers. The tortillas are made right as you watch and a delightful woman, who appears to be the Queen tortilla maker, named "LINDA" rolls and flats more dough in an hour than most of us do in a life time. And, more importantly it is obvious that she takes great pride in her preparation and it is as though each tortilla has her stamp of approval.
