It was quite tasty, and would be too spicy for some tastes, but the Jackfruit reminded me a lot of Tofu the way this was prepared. Eating it raw, it was more like a very sweet cantaloupe with sort of a stringy consistency. The employees were very hospitable and they gave me a free beverage and dessert to thank me for making my first visit there.
