  "If you read no further….. The food was so down home southern, good and fixed just the way they used to do it that felt homesick when I left. This is an unassuming looking place. It’s a buffet style restaurant and you have to walk past the buffet to get to the register and I could imagine that if..." it was busy, the line would be a bit awkward. In terms of the buffet itself, the variety of foods is a lot less that what we’re used to seeing at the buffet back home with shopping center sized building and a shelf of breads by itself. Where this restaurant may have fallen short on the volume of food and even the presentation, it made up for it in the quality of preparation and taste. This buffet “don’t include nothing that ain’t southern cookin”. Lima beans – not the Golden Corral variety, these are flavored old school Lima beans.
