It was the brisket that really dazzled me - it was absolutely wonderful. No knofe needed; it was fork-tender. I really liked the sauces, too. The regular sauce is very tasty and the hot is, well...pretty hot. I ended up mixing the two and really liked it. The fries were delicious as were the cowboy beans (quite hot, too). The iced tea (unsweet) was wonderful, too. Make sure that you save room for banana pudding which is about the best that I have ever had. The pudding is a little pricey (as I recall, it was five bucks) and it is served in a small dish. but it left me plenty full.
