The menu has a selection of approximately 8 starters of which we had a varied selection, all beautifully cooked and presented, especially hav..."e to mention the haggis balls in lovely crispy batter...yum. most of us had sirloin steaks but I had a rump steak (10oz) for only £9.50!!, my husband had the whole rack of ribs which were amazing. The two younger members of the party had home made burgers which were huge and very well received. Two deserts for the men were also tasty but on a negative we asked for coffee which they dont do!!!! A good profit opportunity missed I think. This was the only negative on what was otherwise a lovely experience. We will definitely be back, just sort out some coffees please. " More >

  "Lovely spacious farm and coffee shop. We just stopped one morning for tea and the scones were a delight. The scones were really delicious , warm & very light. Since it is very new it needs more stock and many more visitors to give an atmosphere and a reason to visit. Hope it does well though quit..."e pricey. Lovely walk from car park to and round Gartmorn Dam. Though the dam is under repair this summer and visitors centre was closed and the Dam half empty.Lovely views. " More >
