  "We visited with our three kids aged up to six. The best part for our kids was probably the playground, but after that the parents liked the pond with the free roaming birds. Those pelicans can get pretty frisky (the inside of a pelicans beak is way more slimy than the outside of a snake I can tell y..."ou). Also the humming birds, though hard to detect are nice. They are not very colorful, but their tinyness is awesome. Strangely disappointing were the two shows, though in one of them one bird of prey refused to cooperate and instead started having it out with a bunch of crows, which was fun. The playground is quite big, with also an indoor part and some rides that you have to pay extra for. But even if you don't pay the extras, your kinds can still spend an our or two enjoying themselves. Food facilities were mediocre, unless apparently if you come at the weekends, when there is actual open cooking by real life cooks. " More >

  "Nice bird park where you can easily spend a good part of the day. But bring your own lunch. The restaurant in the park looks like one of those soup kitchens. You have to sit on long pick nick tables in a over crowded room. The quality of the food of the restaurant just outside of the park is very ..."poor. They use the cheapest cuts of meat, service is slow and poor. The chicken sate was under cooked but the staff told us it is just the type of meat and it was all fine.
