"We stayed at The Lodgings nearby and walked over for breakfast. What a surprise! The food was great and service was pretty good. Waitress talked with locals for a good amount of time but did get around to us, however could have been a bit sooner, but appreciated the time she took with us when she..." finally did. She also made us feel at home. Exciting menu options outside of your basic breakfast finds...enjoyed it!!

Second Story Restaurant in the Ephraim Shores Motel
"We arrived for dinner 1/2 hour before closing--sometimes a risky thing, when the kitchen and staff want to wrap up for the night. This place made the evening special, even though my wife and I were the only customers left. For starters, we had olive oil bread and a spicier black bean based bread--..."both delicious. My wife ordered a wrap, hoping for something "light". She now has leftovers for two more meals! I ordered the Norweigian Herb-Crusted Salmon, labelled one of their specialties. The rice pilaf was good, but the steamed broccoli was perfect--definitely unexpected at the end of the kitchen cycle. Service was prompt without being impatient. Dinners run $20-24, sandwiches $7-9.
