First the good: I had a vegetarian "chicken" pesto sandwich that was marvelous - the pesto did not overpower everything, and the faux chicken had excellent texture and was not rubbery. The lettuce, tomato, and onion on the sandwich were fresh - this is not the rubbery wilted stuff you get a few blocks away. The sourdough bread was thick, not very sour (the way I like it, but definitely not San Francisco style) and nicely toasted.
