  "Wanted to try this place for lunch to get a taste of the local cuisine and take a break from the pricey hotel restaurants. It wasn't dressy, and had a comfortable feel. There was no staff member in sight when we walked in, and only one table occupied. It was obviously their slow time of day, and ..."they must not have had many people working, and so service wasn't very good. Our waiter was very friendly when he came over though, and one of the bartenders started making conversation about Puerto Rico's cultural history when he saw me get up and take a picture of some of the African art on the walls. We ordered coconut sangria (don't see that on every menu) and a couple of meat dishes amongst us. I ordered the skirt steak that came with a type of mango mashed potato, and it was DELICIOUS.
