"It only took us 15 years to revisit this gem of a restaurant that we'd first discovered in 1981and the food was just as good. For our first visit of the 21st century the blue and white table clothes jogged the memory as we wandered round the old town of San Felice Circeo. My partner claims this was..." the first time she ever tasted calamari so she was keen to rediscver the experience. The current front of house staff are extremely friendly and English isn't a problem although some Italian helps. From outside the garden restaurant there are stunning views of the coast below. Fish, not surprisingly, is the trademark of this busy trattoria, and the mussels and pasta were superb with well matched local wines to back them up. We went back twice in a five day stay so they were definitley doing something right.

"I went to La Giunca last weekend with my parents. We knew the place from when it was in Sabaudia. In a better location. However the food is still excellent and the location is good and just by the sea. Staff and owner very friendly but the food is the real deal.
It's worth the trip!"
