We spent 3 nights in Lake Coter Eco Lodge. The place is 3 km up the hill on gravel road and the hotel in set in the middle of the clouds. The french manager and the team are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very special and quiet. We got a wonderfull massage from Marie.
The food was poor and we found ourselves going down to town every day - but don't worry, there are wonderful restaurants down there in Nueve Arenal.
Being in the middle of the clouds means that you don't know if the day is nice - the question is only does it rain or not. It also means there everything is damp - and there is no way to get your clothes dry.
