“B&B at the foot of Etna”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 December 2010

Very nice B&B located at the foot of Mt Etna. We were traveling with another couple and this was the best overnight of the trip. Comfortable common room with kitchen and balcony with view of Etna. Rooms were very clean and modern. The proprietor also runs biking tours around the mountain, we will be coming back for that! I somehow managed to loose my credit card and did not discover it missing until we were checking out. The proprietor and his wife could not have been more helpful and accomidating in dealing with this problem...They were Great!

“Perfect place to discover park etna and surroundings”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 August 2010

Ai Tre Parchi is a very nice place to stay in a little quit town. Discover the real Sicily here.
Rooms are very clean and spacious with beautiful views of Mount Etna.
Matteo is very friendly and helpful. Also the restaurant he recommended us is very good and walking distance from the bed & breakfast. Close to the bed & breakfast you will also find a small grocery store where you'll find everything for a pick nick.

“Great B+B with welcoming and knowledgable host in Matteo.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 May 2010

Ai Tre Parchi has spacious rooms with large comfortable beds. Matteo provides a generous breakfast with delicious preserves made by his wife Maria. There is a great view of Etna from the garden and numerous hiking and cycling routes in the 3 national parks nearby. Matteo provides route cards and hires bicycles and is also available as a guide on cycling and hiking trips.

“Great Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 May 2010

My wife and I spent three nights at this B&B. The room was one of the best we had during our 3 week vacation thru Italy. Your doors open to a large balcony with a fantastic view of Mt. Edna. The rooms are very nice, clean and secure..and the breakfast is good. Good location in town, good hiking nearby and wineries to visit. The owner is a great guy...vey friendly and helpful.

“So friendly”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 October 2009

having stayed on Agriturismos on farms, this was very different- a modern apartment block down a side street of a tired/neglected looking town. But don't be put off. Matteo is extremely welcoming, and helpful. View from our apartment was stunning- an uninterrupted view of Etna. We borrowed bikes for the day, also took the small railway around the foothills of Etna, watched a Fiat 500 rally go through the town, and really enjoyed our stay. Matteo has an apartment full of cycling trophies- and still rides- and wll give you advice on where to go, or take you out himself. he also owns the large shoe shop on the ground floor. He brought breakfast up to us each morning- not huge quantities, but we had a kitchen too, so could have prepared something ourselves too.
No evening meal available- first night he reccomended a restaurant in town, within walking distance, and the next night we drove back up the hill we had cycled up during the day to Floresta, to a village restaurant, full of locals, full of atmosphere, for a great value meal. Floresta is the highest village in Sicily. We also of course did the tourist trip in the cable car up Etna.

Dear Friends,
many thanks for your reviewes.
I am very happy for your beautifull words around my services owner and for my competence and friendly-ship with you. But I am sad for your poor breakfast, perhaps you were wanting more food, but I spoke only a little English and that is a great restriction for me. Talking and understanding your language was so difficult for me. I hope you come back here sometime and I will can speak better in English with you and I will can prepare a great breakfast for your family.

Greetings,
Matteo Ferretti.

Ps.: Sorry for my bad English
