Good:
1. The apartment was new, clean, spacey, well furnished and equipped.
2. The bed was comfortable.
3. The person in charge, Miss Maria Estevez, was very helpful
4. Evening sun in the apartment.
5. Reasonable priced with the whole package.

Bad:
1. The ’sea view’, which did not exist. We paid a supplement for it.
If you reached out from the window and looked to right you might see the sea behind the neighbouring house’s roof.
2. Uncomfortable pillows. They were very big and hard, as if filled with potatoes.
3. Thin fleece blankets. We used three fleece blankets to sleep warm. The weather in February is chilly especially in El Cotillo and on the North West coast: an A/C with hot air would be appreciated.
4. The swimming pool on the roof was very small and there is no sea view from the roof terrace either: the terrace has high walls and the pool is on the sea side so it is not possible to sit there and admire the sun set.
5. The internet was available only in the corridoor, which in February was cold and even rainy.

Neutral:
1- TV: only Spanish but some nice music channels (classical, Spanish etc.)

Informing all the details, pluses and minuses, we would recommend this accommodation for our friends.

We booked via the Internet and our contact person Maria was very helpful. The room was as it looked in the photos: clean, modern and well-appointed.

However, despite being told (and charged) about the sea view from the room, and sent a picture that decribed being able to see the Atlantic, the view was non-existent. This was a real let-down given the otherwise helpful service.

Pillows were awful - very hard, and as big as a suitcase. The kitchen was well equipped - kettle, coffee maker, microwave, saucepans, fridge/freezer, etc. Samsung flatscreen TV (only all-Spanish) and fast Internet connection available in the outdoor corridor.

Unless you have Stretch Armstrong abilities or have appeared in a Jim Carrey movie about animals, you will be extremely disappointed by the vacant buillding plot and the subsequent vacant apartment building that obscures completely the sea view.

Have now stayed in this apartment block 3 times since it opened. The apartment has excellent facilities. The service from the administration staff is excellent.
It is also centrally situated in ElCotillo, within easy reach of restaurants.
The beach is a 5 minute drive away or you could walk.
