Hadn't stayed in a B and B for many years preferring cottages and/or hotels. The Great Seaside B and B shows just how far B and Bs have come in recent years. We had a large room on the ground floor with a large en suite shower room. The decor was a delighful mix of old and new and the bed was comfortable with more pillows and cushions than you could shake a stick at. A bonus is that is only 200 yards from the beach.
It's run by Amanda who is about as far from the stereotypical seaside landlady as it is possible to get. She makes you feel really welcome and cooks a mean Full English. Try the poached eggs - they are a work of art. She is also a mine of information about things to see and places to eat and drink.
