We've travelled annually to Branscombe area for the past 22 years, but this is the first time we stayed at Great Seaside B & B, and we can't wait to go back.
I went with my Mother and Niece for 2 nights, which wasn't enough!, the house is amazing, in a fantastic location and our host Amanda was lovely.
Might book a long weekend with my husband in October as a surprise, just so I can sample it again.

My wife booked us in for a surprise birthday treat for me, knowing how much I love Brandscombe, and knowing how much we have admired and thought about staying at the Great Seaside Farmhouse. We were lucky enough to have got a late cancellation during what has obviosuly been a busy season for them. Despite the weather, we enjoyed a really lovely break. Amanda, as everyone seems to agree, was all you could expect from a host - friendly, charming, helpful, efficient - and she provided a great breakfast. No shortcuts or sliced bread here!

Our stay at Great Seaside was perfect. We were made so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The only downside was that we had to go home! We travelled with our two year old and Amanda was just brilliant offering suitable cutlery as well as preparing breakfast in a child friendly way. Our daughter was delighted to find that when we returned from a lovely visit to the Donkey Sancturay, her dolly had been tucked up in her travel cot ready for her when she went to bed...I would highly recommend Great Seaside and we will definatley be back.

A very comfortable quiet and relaxing B&B close to the beach. In a good location for exploring and walking. No huge sea views. Clean and tidy house. Excellent breakfasts and a very nice helpful host.
