“Staff, service, and location all very good”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 February 2012

Like other reviewers, I love the location for using the TCAT to and from Narita, and for travel around Tokyo in general. Staff, service and restuarants are all very good. I have stayed here 3 times and was impressed each time. Excellent but pricey Japanese restaurant on top floor, Executive floor and services are exceptional, and breakfast buffet on ground floor has a great selection of western and asian fare. Rooms are very well accomodated. The only reason not to give full marks is simply because the standard of hotels in Tokyo (and Asia) is so much higher than Europe & N America that to give an excellent would diminish the quality of some even better hotels (ANA Intercontinental Tokyo for example).

“Best Value Location in Central Tokyo”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 February 2012

The Royal Park Hotel is an excellent hotel for people travelling for business or pleasure. The staff is all very outstanding and service oriented. English is not a problem at this hotel. As far as I'm concerned, this hotel service is on par or exceeds that of other 5 star hotels in Japan that are much more expensive. The restaurants that I tried, the Japanese sushi in the basement and the Chinese restaurant are both again excellent in quality and service. To top it all off, the hotel is right above the Suitengumae subway station and the TCAT bus terminal with direct bus access to Haneda and Narita airports. I will stay there again. In fact I have already booked my next stay starting 4March.

Room Tip: Executive floors are very nice.

“Perfect Location near TCAT, Great Service, Nice Rooms”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 February 2012

I'm becoming a regular.. attracted by the location.. just steps away from TCAT..Tokyo City Air Terminal.. very convenient connections to Narita Airport. Staff is first class, friendly and helpful. Big discounts are available if you look hard. For example, the hotel passes out 30% discount coupons for exec flors after a few stays. Corporate discounts can be even better.
-Executive floor is nice, but nothing special.
-Good fitness & pool area.
-Internet fee is about $12 US, but free on executive floors.
-Great riverside walk/jogging along the Sumida River.. goes for miles and miles
-Subway access in the basement
-Convenience store (7-11) across the street
A solid business hotel...

Room Tip: Royal Scots Bar downstairs is one of Tokyo's hidden gems

“Great location, close to City Air Terminal”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

Staff friendly and helpful, restaurants a little pricey, across the street from the TCAT so easy connection to Narital and Haneda. The rooms very comfortable. On second visit was upgraded to corner suite- all I can say is WOW.

“Good hotel for business in Tokyo”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 February 2012

Stayed here for 2 nights on business in Jan 2012. Handy for airport via TCAT bus (directly under the hotel). Arrived around 11am after an overnight flight and had to wait for 90 mins for my room - was offered a business class upgrade for Y3000 which included breakfast but declined as I usually dont eat it. Worth buying the upgrade if you do - it also includes internet so represents a saving. As always in Japan the concierge is very helpful in planning travel to meetings and even a trip to the Sumo. Hotel can be expensive but some of the discount sites can offer reasonable deals.

Room Tip: Take the offer of an upgrade for Y3000 if on room only - makes financial sense
