“Perfect place to stay in Tokyo”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 February 2012

We stayed 3 nights in the Prince Park. Wonderful people, wonderful service. Very affordable for Tokyo and the location is EXCELLENT to explore the various parts of the city. We never ate at any of the restaurants in the Hotel but we did use the little market near the entry quite often for grabbing waters/yogurt/vitamin C gels etc. The rooms are very clean, free wifi, awesome bathrooms and the robo toilets are AMAZING! This is just the norm in Japan though but still very cool. Highly recommend this hotel. I did use the bathtub a few times and its very deep and is a jacuzzi style bath tub, very hot water and they offer bath salts etc. Super cool place! Oh yea one more thing. Its very quiet as well. We would go out partying all night and then come back and catch up on rest in the am and the room was extremely dark and quiet. Great views of the Tokyo Tower as well.

“Great service, great views, expensive coffee!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 February 2012

I booked this hotel online at the last minute while travelling in Japan and got a hugely discounted rate. The room, a corner deluxe, was very spacious by Japanese standards, with a massive bathroom. The service from start to finish was also first rate. The discounted price did not include breakfast which added another 3000 yen to the price, or about $40 each. And a coffee in the coffee shop was about 1000 yen or so I.e. $13. Overall this was an excellent visit especially if your expense account can handle the very large meal prices. Of course there are hundreds of other dining choices within easy walking distance as well.

Room Tip: Premium corner rooms offer a spectacular view.

“Little more to add to previous good reviews”

Earlier good reviews are all valid. As a family of 3 [dad and 2 20yr olds from new zealand after a weeks skiing ] we stayed here to view over 2 nights, Tokyo. Firstly the hotel is in a park and only a 15min easy walk from Hamamatsucho Station(end point of monorail from Haneda airport) if you have little luggage [we left most of ours at airport hotel]. And the walk is straightforward, on polite streets past many nice restaurants (plus usual Starbucks etc). Secondly, perhaps because of the park, the hotel is quiet and our room [just a budget room with rollaway: but still fine and spotless] quiet. I'm sure all rooms have interesting view. breakfast tops, though $nz50. hotel like a retreat, so there is a 10 min walk + to 'tube' lines. But so easy from Haneda!

“Good price / value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

We stayed 5 nights in the Prince Park Tower Tokyo in May 2010. I checked prices during some time and read many reviews. I can recommend this hotel, right in front of the Tokyo Tower and not far from the underground

“Fabulous Room”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

We got a great deal on hotels.com for a superior corner double room at about half price. We arrived and the room was on the 27th floor with picture windows spanning the corner and a beautiful view of Tokyo and overlooking the Tokyo Tower, which was right next door. The architecture of the room was excellent with indirect lighting. Separate bath and shower in the spacious bathroom. The location wasn't the best as it was about a two block walk to either of two Metro stations, but both were on the Toei line, which means a little more expensive when you have to transfer to the Tokyo Metro system. All in all, though, we highly recommend it, even if you can't get the excellent deal that we got.
