The moment we walked into the 20th floor foyer we were impressed; light, spacious and modern. Reception staff were friendly and check in was efficient. Our corner double room was on the 26th floor and the views from the large windows were mesmerising. If it wasn't for all the great attractions below in Shinjuku, I could have happily sat on the couch for hours, armed with the skyline map provided, orienting myself to this enormous city.
The room was large by Japanese standards with free high speed internet in our room ( both LAN and WIFI). The photo of the room on the hotel's website was accurate.
Access to main JR rail line, shopping and restaurants of Shinjuku is a short, easy walk. If you're coming via Tokyo station, make sure you take the Chuo rapid train. It cuts across the circle of the Yamanote line in about 15mins. Then walk to the end of the platform taking the Southern Terrace Exit. It's well signposted on the platform.
We have nothing but positive comments about this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
