The hotel is very accessible from their means of transportation. It's a cozy little hotel where the lobby is located on the second floor. The ground floor has a mini grocery store where you can buy cheap lunch/dinner, cold/hot food. One night we were tired from walking around the city and went back to the hotel feeling hungry, we got ourselves satisfied from the rice they have in the grocery (you can request for them to heat it up), and some chicken/pork barbeque they had. Yes, the rooms are quite small, but if this would only serve as a sleeping room for you with no kids, you should just be fine. Bathroom was great! Toiletries were replenished everyday, even slippers, body scrub towels, shaver. Shower had a very good water pressure! Each room was provided with a cable as well so you can use your laptop. The lobby up to the dining room has wifi access. Buffet breakfast was great that served different kinds of juice, coffee, tea. Hot/cold food, and surprisingly with rice. Us asians love that!
Overall experience was great. I would have really give it as a 4.5 stars, but there's no such option. The only thing I think can use some improvement, is maybe they can assign one person in the front desk that's fluent in English. Don't get me wrong, the receptionists were all great and helpful but sometimes it takes a while before we understand each other specially when we ask for directions where to go. They have printed out maps for tourist spots but sometimes they're not the best people to ask where to go. You're better off asking the information desk in the subway/train area.
Another tip...which I only realized on our 3rd night. If you decide not to have your room cleaned, they can give you a credit of 500 yen per day, but only with maximum of 2 days. You can use this credit in their dining room or maybe some toiletries they sell from the front desk.
