We booked a super deluxe room at Kasauli castle through their website. The next day we got a call from the hotel that due to some issue with the site, the room that we had booked was not available. Instead we were offered an upgrade to a suite at a discounted price. The hotel is located near Garkhal amidst a number of other hotels, about 2 kms away from the Kasauli Bus Stand. An excellent property with ample parking, Kasauli Castle surprised us with neat and clean rooms and courteous service which was prompt and accurate to the hilt.

Our suite had two balconies, a drawing room which can be setup as an additional room for kids and the master bedroom. In the evening, the property is beautifully lit up. We loved the evening movie which is played on a big screen wall in the garden while you enjoy food and drinks.

Overall the service was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would love to go back sometime.

It was a real nice experience to be there. The resort is a excellent property at Kasauli.
The rooms are nicely done and clean. The food is great there. The front desk is courteous and staff & service is very good.
The hotel does not have lift facility so elderly people might face some problem.
The kids would enjoy as they have a play area where they can enjoy and have fun.
The main mall road is approx. 3 kms from this resort for which the only possible commuting is through a local cab which is a expensive deal as any other hill station(if you are through your own vehicle, then no issues at all).
The scenic beauty of Kasauli can be viewed from this resort. In fact there the resort has two wings; one from where you can see the valley and another is from where you can watch movies. Yes right movies, as they play movies through a projector every evening which is easily visible from your room on this wing. This is USP of this resort.
They also have a small DJ/Disco room where you can dance on hot numbers.
The town is small hill station worth spending a weekend there.
They also have sweet small family cottages.

Location: The resort is some distance away from Kasauli and the hotel does not provide for any shuttle.

Rooms: Clean (my room was a corner room on the first floor allowing me to have a panoramic view of the hotel+valley)
View: Though you will not get the valley view from most of the rooms but the view from the rooms is still very good
Resort: The resort is very well maintained. I think the owner of the resort is personally fond of greenery and flowers. The resort also has a discotheque and plays movie late in the evening through a projector in the garden. As Kasauli is not having a mall road like Mussourie and Nainital, watching movie in the garden while dining is a good idea towards the end of the day.
My overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. Its a good place to stay with the family.

The resort is very good. Excellent/fast service. I think only this resort has a lawn and is so spacious. Must visit. Good value for yur money. You have movies being played in the night during night.
