This is a top notch hotel that almost exclusively caters to the businessman clientele of the adjacent technology company park. It is not difficult to find, if one watches out for the "hotel" signs by the roundabouts in the park, and is only about 20 minutes away from Lisbon. It is furnished as a modern business hotel, with very comfortable beds and a wall-mounted plasma TV. Good lounge music plays constantly throughout the hotel, with mood lighting to evoke an upscale feel. Breakfast is really excellent; it is one of the rare hotels where paying 8 euros for breakfast is really worth it. They serve various kinds of eggs, sliced meats and cheeses, pastries, fruits, etc., in a buffet style, with very attentive and polite service. Underground parking is free and spacious, and there is direct access from the rooms. The Internet connection works reasonably fast, at least on the weekends, when the hotel is almost empty. The hotel then fills up with businessmen on Monday, pecking away on laptops, and the connection slows to a crawl. Ask for the hotel's shared user name and password to access it from multiple devices. Reception is competent and speaks good English. There is clearly a strong emphasis on professionalism among the staff. It is not a hotel that is particularly well suited for a family, although it's convenient for tourist couples who need a base to visit Lisbon and the amazing royal palaces in nearby Sintra. On checkout, they ask whether you wish to pay in Euros or your own currency, so check the exchange rate before check out to see whether it will be to your advantage (most likely, the credit card company will offer the same rate).
