We have only checked in today and are so glad that we have chosen to stay in the Royal Suite at this luxurious private villa. Firstly, the scenery is simply breathtaking with spectacular view of Andaman Sea. The friendly staff and the service is unforgettable, right from the driver who came to pick us up at the airport, to the hotel manager who greeted us upon check-in. The furnishings and decor of the suite are of exquisite taste. The ensuites and walk-in dressing rooms are extremely spacious. We spent the entire afternoon indulging in the infinity pool while enjoying the spectacular sunset, drinking wine and enjoying quality family time, not forgetting taking endless photographs for memories. We simply don't want to leave! This is no doubt the
place to stay if one loves to indulge, and who doesn't? We surely hope to return again and can't wait to show our friends the photos. Totally highly recommended!

This new villas just open for 2 years, on the cliff in bewteen Kata beach and Kata noi beach. I been to Phuket at least 15 times, Kata beach is my favorite beach in Phuket, 15 mins drive to Patong, and Kata beach is the most pretty beach in Phuket at located at the south of the island. U can surf in between May to Sep in Kata. Even when Tsunami this area didn't damage.

Impiana have 11 private villas. All have their whole swimming pool facing to the Kata noi beach. we went there for Xmas and golf, very lucky we got upgrade to the " Honeymoon suite" Super huge swimming pool with a lovely view. great deco, huge bathroom, comfort bed.....What a awesome place. If u can afford it , that is the best place to stay in Kata beach area.

Ok, so when you arrive you have to walk down a few steps to get to the lobby, and then your room. After that, you honestly will not want to leave your room. The views are incredible, the sound of the ocean pounding the rocks below, the sunsets from super wide window views. Comfortable furnishings. The private pool is perfect for a couple to really enjoy themselves.

This little gem is truly one of our best finds ever. Nothing prepares you for the view from your room when you first arrive. Walled glass overlooking your own pool with sweeping views out to sea. I have spent over 200 nights in hotels this year and nothing comes close to this. It deserves every plaudit and then some. We woke up late on new years' day but the friendly staff were still happy to make our breakfast at 11.30am...choice of 7 pillow types probably contributed to our late showing. This place is only new and will soon be The location on Phuket - get here while you can.
