My husband & I came here with our parents & siblings for a destination wedding in December. We rented the two story house on the property. The house was great & so was our view. The staff was courteous & professional. Hubert, the general manager, was awesome!! He helped expedite our marriage license with the government office & he did an amazing job with our wedding ceremony & reception afterwards. The food they prepared for our reception was excellent & they really went above & beyond to make sure it was really special. They paid attention to all the details & even came to decorate our bedroom & bathroom on our wedding day! We loved our time here & will definitely come back to spend our anniversary here.

Amazing room, amazing location, amazing pool! Staff was exceptional, from Hubert the new manager, to the bartenders and servers! We never meant anyone without a smile, and a sincere hello! The room was beautiful. We stayed in a bungalow (#2), and we rather enjoyed the proximity to to pool. We never had a problem with foot traffic. The only tiny complaint we had was the shower water ran out of hot water way too fast. The pool was a bit chilly, but still swim able! The hot tub was not hot enough originally, all we did was say the word and it was fixed within the hour! The beach was beautiful! It was a bit windy, and we were told this was the normal for January and February. Resturant was good, drinks were great! Overall, we hope and dream to go back one day!

We came here for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The island is so quiet and everyone is unbelivably friendly. Sky beach club is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The bungalows were clean, tidy and really modern...felt really luxurious. The staff including the new manager Hubert were so unbelivably friendly...nothing was too much trouble for him and he was really lovely and pleasant to chat to. The other staff including the barman Eugine and our waitress every morning were helpful and really friendly too.

I had read a lot of reviews on trip advisor about the surroundings of Sky beach and i think although it was wize to be prepared; it is really not bad at all. A lot of places in the bahamas are a little unfinished and slightly shabby (its part of the charm) and so the 'unfinished' look did not really concern us very much and once you are down at the bungalows you don't even look anywhere else apart from the pool and the ocean. How can you look at the rocks when you have the beautiful sea in front of you!!!

I think the beach just off the resort was one of our favourite beaches as it was really tidy. I also read reviews about rubbish on the beach but assume they must have now cleared this up as it was rubbish free!

I was going to book alternative accommodation on Eleuthera before speaking to Matthew Simon and we are so glad now that we booked sky beach. It is a perfect paradise and we loved it. We will definitiely be returning and when we do we will be staying at the sky beach for sure.

My husband and I traveled to Eleuthera for our honeymoon in May 2011. It was hands down the best vacation we have ever taken together. Sky Beach Club met all our needs. It was private, secluded, and friendly. The staff was truly amazing! In fact, we were driving thru town one day and bought seafood from a local fisherman and the kitchen staff cooked it fresh for us that night.

We stayed in bungalow #2. We felt this was the best bungalow. We had a view of the pool and could see everything that was going on. We enjoyed laying our couch out front of our room reading and looking at the view.

Renting a truck is necessary. We toured the entire island and visited many of the great local restaurants. Our favorite was Tippy's.

It's been almost a year since we were at Sky Beach and we are trying to figure a time to come back!
