We had a fantastic stay at Bel Air Collection!! Some of the reviews we read prior to booking this trip were unwarranted. We realized that those reviews were stated by snooty travellers (pay no mind!). I've never written a review, but I wanted to emphasize that you'll have a fantastic time at Bel-Air. The staff are absolutely lovely and most helpful! The infinity pool was dynamite! the beach was fantastic! There are three bars in total: swim up hot tub, lobby & in the restaurant. It's worth while snagging the all inclusive at this hotel. The food was fantastic! Although buffet is an option for breakfast, I would highly suggest taking advantage of the menu!!

This is not the most expensive hotel on the peninsula but one of the most modern and exciting ones! A jacuzzi bar, lovely pool, beds on the beach, beautiful decor and amazing sea views (!!!), complimentary welcome drink, complimentary dessert in the evening to your room, free airport shuttle, lovely complimentary breakfast bar - I think this says it all. For families or couple, our favorite hotel in Cancun.
Maybe a bit windy and the restaurant is not very impressive, but everything else highly recommended! Also, the beach is quite narrow close to the hotel, but for a wider one you would need to look for hotels way more to the west.

We think this is at the nicer end of Cancun that is not quite so bonkers. The beach in front is very nice and the pool just behind is lovely. The whole place is very open plan and white and fresh and our room was very big and clean. I only gave four strars because the reception wasnt that friendly. Other staff were wonderful.

Some of the reviews on Trip Advisor may put you off but our experience was on the whole very positive. We were allocated a room with a lagoon view which as has been pointed out is on the road side!! We knew this and had ear plugs just in case but as we were on the 6th floor it was no real issue and in fact the view is impressive. Reception was a little frosty on arrival but I put this down to tiredness - on both our parts! The overall white motif is in fact very attractive and yes the hotel was not built last year - but they make the very most of what they have. THe pool area was great, the breakfast adequate if not inspiring and for the rate we got it was really good. The other major advantage as far as I was concerned is that it is at the quiet end of Cancun.........
