We were there for only one night, so didn't use the pool or hot tub. I was impressed with the hours though, as they are both open from 6 a.m. till 11 p.m. Very nice.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. We had booked only a few days in advance and got this hotel through Hotwire. We were very impressed, although it was worth their full price as well. We got the exact type of room we asked for, and it had free wifi, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The shower had excellent pressure, and nice bath amenities.

We tried the restaurant for dinner, and found most items on the menu to be quite expensive. The restaurant itself was just in a corner of the lobby, so definitely no ambiance there! They did have a pizza/pasta special on that was very reasonably priced, and the service was very good. The food was very tasty. We didn't try it for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. Very easy to get to from any direction, on the corner of 178 Street, which would lead to just about anywhere in the city. Was very easy when we were leaving as well.

The only complaint that my husband and I had is that the bed was very hard. We slept okay, but were both quite sore when we woke. That was the only negative though, and we would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

The stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent. The staff were super friendly and the food was great. There were gluten free choices on the menu that helped make our stay more comfortable. The room was quiet and the linens were very comfortable. The location of the hotel has easy access to local attractions - Like West Edmonton Mall!

Room is clean and their lobby is gorgeous and spacious. Breakfast is quite pricey. Front desk are friendly. Near to shopping malls and would recommend to everyone. And will definitely stay here again.

The bright airy reception is the first thing which hits you. The reception staff are very pleasant and always make sure you have everything you need. They even check to make sure you don't need early calls for flights etc. the rooms are very comfortable and have enough space. We stayed in a basic room and there was a family of 4.

The meals in the restaurant are very nice and also reasonably priced.

Overall an excellent hotel and I would recommend anyone to stay here.
