Son plays on a AAA hockey team.. Reservations were made for us. Upon arrival, (via coach) only ONE person at desk to check everyone in. Found feces on bathroom door and wall. Was offered another room. My husband checked it. It was in worse shape. Front desk clerk offered cleaning spray and a towel. Husband cleaned washroom and rest of bedroom himself. Continental breakfast was clearly a joke. At 8:30 am they had run out of everything. Was replenished later (9:15) closes precisely at 10am. Morning desk clerk was extremely miserable and unhelpful to the extent of being rude. DO NOT STAY HERE!!. My son hardly slept nightmaring the possibility of bed bugs. We constantly checked the bedding and thankfully did not find any. Needless to say, I did not hear one good remark from any of the other parents. Our bus driver mentioned, he had to change rooms 5 times before he felt comfortable enough to sleep. We travel and stay in hotels at least once a month. Never Before have we had accommodations like this. Reservations had been made for our entire team to stay at this hotel in February. WE HAVE CANCELLED!!!!!! Also, ordered Pizza for entire team and parents from DONS. ANOTHER NIGHTMARE. Unhappy Hockey Parent!!!

I stay here on business once a month and have noted the improvements that have been made over the last year. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows, matching duvets and bedskirts. Many rooms have big screen TVs (with more to come apparently) and a cozy chair to watch pay-per-view movies. Love the coffee maker, fridge and microwave--so handy when away from home. They also offer a free breakfast: boiled eggs, bagels, cereal till 10 am which is convenient. There is a computer available free to guests in the reception/lounge area which has a lovely decor and over-sized couches--a nice place to sit and relax. The manager is proud to say that this hotel will continue to renovate until all of the rooms are at the same standard and plans to remodel the bathrooms soon.

I was on a buiseness trip in the Timmins region and stayed at the Timmins Inn&Suites for 1 night. Received à warm welcome and great service from the lady at the front desk.
Rooms sere clean and comfortable. I would definetly recommend this hotel.

this place is great, no lack in service. Always there to satisfy. rooms are great, very comfy.
