I booked into the Avenue Hotel, lovely rooms, the proprietors are nice gentleman who cannot do enough for you. Very central to all amenities. Food is very nice, hot and cold menu. Lovely comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Tea maker in all rooms, excellent room rates. Highly recommend.

Just come back fro a fantastic stay. The new owners Chris & Gordon have made great improvements and have made this into a stylish clean modern establishment. Nothing is too much trouble. The hospitality and breakfast were really good. Fantastic location. I would recommend staying here and I am planning another visit this year

The owners Chris & Gordon made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. There was a warm & friendly atmosphere and nothing was much trouble for them.
We stayed in a premier room which was lovely & spacious with excellent facilities. The whole place is bright, fresh and spotlessly clean. This is a quality guest house!
Breakfast was excellent. The full English was piping hot, toast, choice of cereals with tea/coffee & juice.
It is conveniently located, with just a few minutes walk to the seafront or Tower, and the onsite parking was a real bonus.
I would highly recommended The Avenue Guest House to anyone, couples or families - you won't be disapointed..
