Have stayed here a few times before & been very impressed - this visit was the best of all. Stayed for a long birthday weekend & the Hilton pulled out all the stops. Was given a beautiful Junior Suite on the 13th floor which overlooked the Thames. Room was immaculate as usual & they had even put balloons up & had a birthday cake waiting which was lovely. All the staff here are so friendly (would like to say a special thank you to Nina for making our stay so special - a real credit to the hotel - nothing was too much trouble). Bed was fantastic, executive lounge has recently been refurbished to a very high standard - again always service with a smile. Breakfast is excellent - huge choice something for everyone. Hotel is in a great location right near the Tube - if your thinking of booking then just book it you will not be disappointed - excellent value for money & can't wait to return!

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and good service. It's a newer hotel therefore very contemporary. It was a short trip but definitely one of the Better hotels in london. I def recommend this hotel for business trips especially bankers and it's close to the banking hub of london. It's also very close to the underground which makes traveling exceptionally convenient.

We stayed here on a quiet Friday evening and due to hilton honors (loyalty) club we were upgraded to a junior suite. The hotel still feels in risibly modern and fantastic furnishings. Executive lounge has stunning views and a good selection of drinks/canapés. As it was the weekend it was very quiet in here although I could imagine it tremendously busy during the week.

Throughout from checkin, to lounge, to checkout, the staff were fabulous.

Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Hilton Canary Wharf ready for a flight from London City Airport the next day. From Canary Wharf Station on Jubilee line there were lifts available to street level and from there to the hotel was a virtually step-free five minute walk, so no problem with the luggage. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, reasonably spacious and well equipped with a view across the docks to the river.
Breakfast the next day was very pleasant with a choice of full English, Continental fruit, croissant, pastries, cold meats, smoked salmon and so on. As a bonus it is served from 6am (at least on weekdays).
The taxi-ride to City Airport took maybe 15 minutes on clear roads. An alternative would be to take the DLR.

Room tip: Be aware hotel is a long way from Central London, for Canary Wharf business district or City Airport it is ideal.

Many thanks for your feedback, it was good to read you enjoyed your time at the hotel and found the breakfast to have plenty of choice.
With regards to your comment on the distance of the hotel to Central London the travelling time is only 15 minutes from Canary Wharf London Underground station on the Jubilee line to the West End, 5 minute walk to Canary Wharf business district and for City Airport via the Docklands Light Railway 30 minutes.

Stayed over Mothers Day weekend with my mother and a group of ladies from British Red Hat Society. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout, especially Nina and Sean, Charina in reservations, and the reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff. I am registered disabled and they had our room available early, and went through the PEEP arrangements with me with plenty of time and patience. I had asked for a room that wasn't necessarily a disabled access room as long as I could get around and had easy access to the bath/Shower as I was travelling with crutches rather than in a wheelchair and wanted minimum walking distances (I have found most Hilton disabled access rooms are a long way from the lifts) but this hotel is designed in a way that no room is too far. I asked for the disabled access help pack which is mentioned on the website. The twin room was lovely, 6th floor with views of The Shard and the Heron Quays. Only small problem I had was getting in/out of shower (a bit tight) and standing on the drain cover whilst showering...nothing really. I also asked if the hotel would do something nice for my mother as it was Mothers Day; there was a lovely surprise organised on our arrival. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful fresh fruit & continental, freshly cooked full english and eggs, omlettes cooked to order. Dinner with musical entertainment on Saturday night was pleasant too. I would definitely stay again - best Hilton I have experienced.

Room tip: 603 is a nice room - overlooking the Shard and Heron Quays, not far from lifts. Comfy beds.
