Stayed over Mothers Day weekend with my mother and a group of ladies from British Red Hat Society. Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful throughout, especially Nina and Sean, Charina in reservations, and the reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff. I am registered disabled and they had our room available early, and went through the PEEP arrangements with me with plenty of time and patience. I had asked for a room that wasn't necessarily a disabled access room as long as I could get around and had easy access to the bath/Shower as I was travelling with crutches rather than in a wheelchair and wanted minimum walking distances (I have found most Hilton disabled access rooms are a long way from the lifts) but this hotel is designed in a way that no room is too far. I asked for the disabled access help pack which is mentioned on the website. The twin room was lovely, 6th floor with views of The Shard and the Heron Quays. Only small problem I had was getting in/out of shower (a bit tight) and standing on the drain cover whilst showering...nothing really. I also asked if the hotel would do something nice for my mother as it was Mothers Day; there was a lovely surprise organised on our arrival. Breakfasts were delicious, plentiful fresh fruit & continental, freshly cooked full english and eggs, omlettes cooked to order. Dinner with musical entertainment on Saturday night was pleasant too. I would definitely stay again - best Hilton I have experienced.
