I stayed at the Menlo Park with my husband and little 6 month old son last week for 2 nights and it was fantastic. We were offered a cot on arrival and a small fridge and were placed in a superior room so that we would have plenty space. The staff were exceptionally friendly, they could not do enough for you while always maintaining a smile. The food was beautiful, our room was beautiful and it was clean and quiet. The room was very warm, even though we turned off the radiator as soon as we got into the room and opened the window, it still remained very warm. But at least it wasn't cold!! All in all it was a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in galway.

Greta rooms with excellent showers, free Wifi and free parking. Excellent bar area with good pub food menu. High end restaurant. Could use an exercise room. Music only on weekends in the bar. Staff was very helpful. Hotel is a long walk north of town in a newer section of Galway. Probably need car or taxi to visit this charming city.

Stayed for a night at Menlo Park in early January ( return visit). Everything was first class . The staff were wonderful and the room was spotless and cozy. It was very warm in the room and I see this is a feature of the compliments/ complaints of other guests. It should be possible to turn off the heat altogether sometime during the night and have it come on early in the morning.The cost to the Hotel must be enormous. I like the easy parking at the Hotel and from earlier visits I know the food is very good indeed in this Hotel.

Stayed in Menlo Park Hotel just before New Years. It was a fabulous few days as the staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was excellent with loads of choice and even catered for those with dietary needs. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends if they are heading to Galway and I will certainly be back.
