We spent three nights here and the only bad thing to happen to us was the weather. { we cant blame the hotel for that :) }
The room was large and had a double and a single in it even though we only booked a double. The food in the restaurant was excellent and great value.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful from our very first minute to the last minute even after we had checked out. I would have no hesitatation in recommending this hotel.

Staff were very accommodating in allowing me to charge the bill to my sister, who lives in London, as our cards had been cancelled and we didn't have any money. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING, I just had cream of vegetable soup, but I can honestly say it was the best soup I've ever had. My cousin had roast turkey with ham, and she said hers was amazing, too. The breakfast was also wonderful. The room was very nice, spacious, the beds were comfortable. The parking lot was easy to find and easy to access from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I only have one complaint - though our room was very clean, someone had gone to the toilet in our room and not flushed it. I used the toilet first when we stayed at this hotel, and so I am quite sure that it was neither me nor my cousin that forgot to flush. Staying in a hotel with the level of cleanliness that they did, I assume that the toilets were cleaned at least after every stay - either they did not do this, or they did, then used the toilet, and forgot to flush.

I would have given them a 5 star rating if not for that, because seriously, who does that?

We stayed 1 night. Despite reviews claiming they couldn't find carpark- it was very easy, just apply commensence. We had no map to Hotel or GPS. Parking included but only about 15 spots. Staff friendly on checkin. Room great size n clean, however bed is small, a double- maybe not what we r used to. Location great. Wifi was down on arrival, staff informed us what was going on as they found out. Reception looked up info on net for us in the morn as wifi was still not working. More than helpful n friendly. Nothing was a problem, we asked for a bucket of Ice for beer n we got it breaky was included and great- lots of it. Totally recommend!
