Where can I start, Well my wife and I always book hotels near the centre of things when we go away. This way when we park up on arrival we do not need taxis or to walk far for anything. Usually my wife who loves shopping can get a bit of retail therapy and I can relax in the hotel over a pint and a paper or a good book.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and I think is under new managent as the lobby has been redone and looks really impressive. All staff are helpfull and can't do enough for you.

Had a lovely buffet dinner one night which was really good and great for anyone with a large appetite.
Wine list has also improved since our last stay there and is just fantastic with great wines and reasonable prices. Was asked by Manager Casey if everything was ok with our stay after dinner in residents bar, which was a really nice touch.

All in all it is an ideal hotel for someone who likes being in the centre of things.

We will definetly be back.

As part of CIE tour group, we had the opportunity to spend several days at the Killarney Towers. The rooms were clean, bright and very comfortable. The buffet for breakfast and dinner were exceptional, offering a variety of choices. The staff throught the hotel was very friendly and very accomidating. Would definately stay here again.

Our return trip to the Killarney Towers last weekend was very relaxing in this town centre location.The management and staff were welcoming and efficient. Service was good for water tea and coffee ,after a great buffet with quality food.The bedroom was bright ,clean and comfortable,enjoyed the Jacuzzi.Car park across the road was busy.Taxi service outside door, bus and train service closeby.Easy access to all shopping, kept the ladies happy.

Went as part of a group. We had a great weekend. Staff and management were very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go again.
